Paul’s Music Workshops are built around the student group needs and so take on many forms. They can be groups of people getting together to sing their favourite songs, to play a variety of percussion and other instruments, or to just listen. They are full of self expression, energy and enthusiasm. They are empowering, inclusive and require no special skills. Story telling musical workshops can have sound effects, projected images, singing and drama games, puppets, masks, music and movement. Music Appreciation Groups are like clubs. The aim is to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where the student feels unthreatened and develops a sense of ownership.

These groups can include: Students bringing in their favourite music for others to listen to and discuss :: Studying unfamiliar music :: Singing and sound making :: Trying a variety of musical instruments :: Learning about song writing :: Writing and recording their own songs
